I've been writing for a long time, both for myself and for others.

In college, I wrote a weekly column and numerous print article for the school magazine. It was there that I grew to understand how non-fiction could be compelling and how storytelling could take a variety of shapes. Some of my proudest moments as a writer have been a result of my work there.

The personal writing has cumulated in 20+ short stories and 6 novels so far. Most of my short stories remain untouched while the novels beg me for revision. One of these days, I might actually get around to revising all of them instead of continuously drafting new ideas.

The more I thought about it, the more I began to admit that I was ready to start sharing pieces of my story as a writer. Where I started, the ways I've grown, specific things that have helped me along the way - everything that has led me to where I am now. I'd like to think that I've come far enough along in the journey to be able to speak of my achievements and the lessons I've learned.

So, I've decided to share my experiences here. As part of an expansion of my blog, I'm going to be writing about my journey as a writer, and the things that are unique to me. Whether you're reading this because you're curious about my work, or because you want to read about my experiences, I hope that you find something amongst the pages here.

For everyone's convenience, I've sectioned off different categories for easier access.
